Way to remove insight duplicates (CSV import fail :)

Hi,

We're testing out Jira and have added Insight into the mix. While trying to do a test upload, I inadvertently re-ran the csv import which duplicated a large number of items. Is there a way to erase everything and start fresh or is there a duplicate remover process other than manually selecting and removing each entry (around 400).

Nevermind, I saw the Delete option under Bulk commands. All good now!

Chris, glad to see you could import into insight! Could you please help how you set up the configuration and the csv with at least one sample test record? It shows 'Missing attribute : Key' error and not importing any record. Thanks for the help.
