Advice

Creat confluence page for every topic or concept that you work on the day to day basis or the work you find repetitive and also which you find interesting while you are working on something

Relevancy for today

In today's there's no limit for knowledge, it keeps on growing and growing, and sharing knowledge is basically gaining knowledge!! So do share the things you find interesting to your team and so does your teammates will!! This way if everyone helps each other in the team, your team will be agile in finding better solutions.

What were the steps that you have followed when sharing knowledge across your team?

Totally agree! Too many people overlook the time saved by documenting processes and knowledge—maybe it takes some extra effort up front, but once you have those confluence pages, being able to reference back and share with your teams is amazing!

It has saved me lot of time in later times when I came across same scenarios while working with customers, and I would just provide them the steps via exporting the pages 😄

Hi @Pramodh M

   Well, everything is shared:
     * Courses
     * Known bugs that may happen to another peer
     * Steps to perform a specific installation

   Everything that empowers the team and makes it autonomous, without needing someone to continue is wonderful, knowledge is great and it is always very positive to learn, learn and of course share.

Cheers
