That's pretty clear - you are using an account that does not have product admin rights.

I do have PRODUCT ADMIN rights


I am able to grant others access, but I donno why my account has locks to add/edit components, strange!

The error message is stating that you do not.

Thats the issue I am talking about, as in why? :)

I see Product Admin next to my user ID, as per screenshot I attached above. Not sure who can help.

That badge means you have some product admin rights, not all of them.  You'll need to talk to your admins about getting the product admin rights you need for that component set.
