Private Trial StatusPage and NewRelic Integration

Hello, 

I have setup a Private trial StatusPage. I'm testing out integration from NewRelic where I was able to "send a test notification" from NewRelic to a StatusPage component. 

Recently received automation emails
Ignored: Notification Channel Test - component@notifications.statuspage.io
Ignored automated component status update from Newrelic, subject not recognized.
Show email details Received Aug 25, 2021 17:55 UTC (19 minutes ago)

 But when I try to intentionally fail a test/synthetic monitor in NewRelic, to check for the outage on the StatusPage, I don't see any new emails received by that component. 

Is that a limitation on private Trial Page that I have?

Hi, 

The issue was resolved by including  a "JSON attachment" on the NewRelic side of things. By default it isn't and a "test notification" works without including it.
