How to update the org admin?

Hello,

We only have one org admin on our account and that person is no longer with our organization. I don't have the necessary permissions to suspend that person or replace that existing org admin with myself or one of my colleagues. I just get a 

‘some actions aren’t available to your role’ message when I attempt to do it.

Hi @ifarley , Only ORG admin can add or remove a user to/from the organisation, in your case only org admin has left. No body from your side will be able to perform this change.

I would suggest raise a support ticket with atlassian they will do the changes in the background and add some of you at the org level for further changes.
