Global status page

Hello,

I wanted to know if it is possible to have one status page that displays the status of multiple websites.

e.g.

Site one: Operational
Site two: Operational
Site three: Partial Outage
Site four: Major Outage
Site five: Under Maintenance

I have seen in the docs the concept of components, would this be a way to achieve this?

Hello Tony,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Thanks for the question, though, I think you also nailed the answer.

Components are generic enough that they can represent whatever you would like so if you want them to be different sites, different processes, endpoint, etc. you name it!

One thing to point out is that these components still need to be managed by you so if website four is down, you would come into Statuspage and mark that as a major outage or set up some kind of automation for it.

Hopefully that helps but let me know if you need any clarification.

Regards,
Jesse

Hi Jesse,

thanks for the the explanation, that answers my question.

Kind regards,
Tony
