Add subscribers manually does not require confirmation

I would like to confirm my assumption. If I add a subscriber manually (Subscribers > Options > Add subscriber), no confirmation will be required for this subscriber. Correct? Will the email address I have added manually receive my notifications right away? no action required?

Hey @Andrea Giglietti 

Correct - if you're manually adding an individual subscriber through the manage portal, they will not receive a subscription confirmation request notification, and the subscriber will receive any relevant incident/maintenance notifications going forward.

I see following message when adding an individual subscriber through the manage portal.

The message `A confirmation message should arrive soon` made me confused.
Please disable the message or change to `There is no need for user to confirm`, etc.
