I believe this is bug on Mac version of souretree, I check this problem and try to fix it for days, have sign in problem. to set up ssh key. But when I use terminal to ssh clone have no problem. When I click the remote on sourcetree it not show any thing then I click the gear refresh it shown sign in problem.
The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.google.HTTPStatus error 401.)
Check if you are using latest version(2.7.1), reboot the system and give it a try
Can you please provide details on the account configuration? If the account is added in Sourcetree, the protocol used https/ssh and authentication type (basic/OAuth)?
If you are using ssh to add your account, remotes cannot be listed. Please switch to using https.
However with ssh, you should not have problems cloning or any other git operations.

I try both with the sign in problem, keep asking me the password, I am sure the password, then I reset the password at bitbucket.org. then try to sign in again same with the sign in password problem.
