I have accessed a shared folder on my OSX Mountian lion machine. But when adding a working copy in SourceTree it will load the git repo but I can't see any of my changes that I have made. Also it Keeps asking me for a password to access the git repo. Not sure why. I love SourceTree and I don't want to use any other GUI. It should be easy accessing a shared folder and make commits to it. Any advice would be great
Hi Kevin,
There's a few posts around about this already, but basically mounted volumes / file shares cause corruptions. Here's a related answer that you should read through first: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/139650/adding-a-git-working-copy-located-on-sshfs-volume
Let me know if that helps.
Cheers
Thanks for the response back. But the link seems to broken. Was this the link you were refering too??

Strange, it's not broken for me and the links appear to be exactly the same! But yes, that's the one
