"Unable to read memberships for user from the remote host"

Edited

I'm trying to clone files to my PC but got this error

under the remote tab, there is a red cross, and when I click on my account, it says:

Unable to read memberships for user from the remote host

Failed to list teams for user [username]

You do not have permission to access URL ... The request returned with status code "Unauthorized".

Access token expired.

Any ideas what should I do?problem.PNG

One workaround is to untick the box 'Show Organization Repos'. You won't be able to see the repositories but your account will properly authenticate(i.e. no more red cross). You can then go to the Clone tab and paste the repo url to clone it.

Hi.

I am also facing this Issue, any workaround to resolve ?

Thanks,

Parthiban

Hello,

I was having the same error, I logout from the Source tree and log in again, and it fixed the issue. Follow below link to logout from source tree.

Thank You
