error: cannot spawn sh: No such file or directory

I've been having issues all day and need some assistance.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled Sourcetree and GIT several times but keep getting a number of errors.

On my latest install I let SourceTree install an embedded version of GIT, hoping that would make a difference.  It didn't.

I'm trying to clone a remote repo which I've done in the past without issue, but ever since doing a factory reset of this laptop I can't get it working.  After adding the info and logging in, I'm greeted with this:

I'm also shown this when first opening SourceTree:

Any suggestions?  I've been batting this for hours.

Just a random thought - have you updated git with lfs support?
