cannot start sourcetree gui

sourcetree_border.pngstart_windows.pngHi everyone, I cannot start the sourcetree GUI. As you can see in the attached screenshots, I can only manage to see the window borders.

I've already uninstalled and re-installed the sw downloading the last version available, but I still can't fix this.

Hi Dimitris, welcome to the Community!

We'll need more information to help you troubleshoot this issue and find out why Sourcetree is not starting up. Can you share the following?:

- Which Sourcetree version are you trying to install?

- Which OS do you have?

- Follow Wiping Sourcetree preferences and try to reinstall it again (download here). Does it work this time?

Hi Ana, thanks for the hints!

Unfortunately the preference wiping didn't work out.

The OS is windows 10 pro and the sourcetree version is 3.1.3
