Wrong Repos showing under project IDs

I have a fresh install of 3.3.9, Git only no Mercurial, connecting to local on-prem BitBucket server.  I can authenticate successfully and see project IDs in the SourceTree remote dropdown.  After selecting a project key I can only see a few repos under that, and they are listed under the wrong project ID (so in SourceTree project "DA" is showing all the repos that are actually under project "RS" on my BB server.)  Anyone know if this is a bug, or some cache I need to clear, or a know issue with this version, or...?
