When I first install source-tree it is asking me to register, however I am already registered and there is nowhere to log in.

1. what platform (OS) and version (Sourcetree) are you using?
2. what do you mean by "already registered"? (just want to clarify/confirm)
3. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
