The most recent installation resulted in the installation of SourceTree 188.8.131.52 and the software claims it is fully up to date.

The latest version of SourceTree is 184.108.40.206. What happens is our team decided to rolling out new versions progressively. This way allow us to scrutinize each update for bugs and showstoppers before it hits critical mass. On this link you can find more details about this process.
