Verification button doesn't work in verific

When I got to the verification step where you send me an email. the email received has a verification button. I click on it and it launches my web browser and displays a  string:

(I have obscured the specific data related to me.)

But nothing happens.
How do I get this to verify?

I'm running this on a mac running 10.13.4 (High Sierra)

I'm tried using chrome and safari

Hi Stephen! How do you arrive to that verification button? Can you send us a screenshot of the steps you're following and the result in the browser?

Can you also clean the cache in your browser and try again?

during the signup phase I got the following 

Then I got the following email

Then when I click on the verify button I get what I described earlier.

 I have gotten past this problem. Appears to have been a problem on your side.
