I have changed my password on the Atlassian Site, and refreshed my oath token but I consistently get an invalid username of password error when trying to use sourcetree to push and pull my software.

Have you tried re-entering your Bitbucket credentials in Sourcetree? You can do so by following the instructions at Set up Sourcetree to work with Bitbucket.
