Staging / Unstaging lines does not refresh the view

Clicking stage / unstage lines or stage / unstage hunk does not refresh the view. Following that, clicking again or attempting to stage other lines generates an error.

Hi @Stuart Carnie,

Are the changes from a patch or from edits? Staging itself doesn't use apply typically. Please file a ticket with complete steps for QA to investigate. Our apologies for the hiccup.
