Sourcetree crash on invalid path in .gitconfig

Question

Steps to reproduce:

* Open your global .gitconfig
* Make an invalid value (e.g. unescaped slash in `excludesfile` like "%userprofile%\global.gitignore")
* Attempt to open Sourcetree
* Whatever repositories were open before have been closed, shows repository list with refresh icon next to each
* Attempt to open a repository, BugSplat crash reporter appears
* Fix invalid value in global .gitconfig
* Opening Sourcetree and the repository works

(Sidenote: are we not supposed to file bug reports in the SOURCETREE-WIN jira board?)
