SourceeTree Not Working

Hi Team, I have installed SourceTreeSetup-3.3.9 in my system , but I am not able to open it .

I have un-installed -installed setup several times still no luck , due to this critical release are stuck in UAT and PROD instances .Can you please look into this & fix it at the earliest.

I have attached the screen shot of issue.

Have you had the chance to look into logs?
Probably an error is logged there pointing to a possible cause?

Sadly, the screen shot did not come through for whatever reason.
