SourceTree keeps asking me for my password in multiple popups

I followed a couple of other bits of advice but they haven't fixed it.

 

Everytime I open SourceTree many popups keep appearing to ask for my password.

Hi Jay! To help us troubleshoot this issue with you, can you provide some more information?:

  1. Which OS and version are you using?
  2. To which service are you trying to log in (Bitbucket Server, Bitbucket Cloud, Github...)?
  3. Is your account connected as explained at Connect your account?
  4. Does Sourcetree ask you for a password every time you open it? Or is it every time you perform a certain operation?
  5. Can you provide a screenshot?

Hi, I managed to sort this in the end, but I can't remember how, as I tried many things by searching in Google.
