SourceTree for Windows does not checkout origin/HEAD when cloning.

When cloning a repo whose HEAD points to a branch other than master, SourceTree for Windows still checks out master. In SourceTree for Mac, this issue seemed to be fixed several years ago (SRCTREE-2732); is there are reason it was not fixed in the Windows version?
