SourceTree detects file difference wrongly in random

Hi 

I have a problem when using sourceTree recently.

When I clone a repository and switch to develop branch. I see SourceTree detects a lot of difference as follows. I can not understand why it will happen?

It could be that changes in white space are detected, which are not visible to the plain eye.

Try selecting "ignore whitespace" on the tools (gear wheel) menu in the upper right corner of your screenshot. If the changes disappear, it's maybe a change from tabs to spaces or vice versa.

Thanks for the reply.

The strange thing is I just clone a repository and did not do anything. Then it seems the two files are changed automatically. Not sure why.

And even i click "Discard", it cannot restore. It is always changed automatically.
