Source tree is unaviailable after Installation on Local laptop

Hi Team

we Installed source tree on few developer machines. And it looked like a clean install. No errors were reported during the installation. But the immediate next day few of the users complained source tree software is unavailable which sounds weird. When I tried to check via screen share I appears the same to time. Even, I didn't see Source tree.

I would like to what is the root cause of this issue? And if this is happening only with specific version? And also please help me in resolving this issue.

Sourcetree is installed under a specific user's profile (c:\users\<username>\AppData\Local) and is only available to the user that did the install. You need Sourcetree for Windows Enterprise if you want to manage where it is installed and available for multiple users on a machine.
