Source Tree closes itself after launch without reprting an error message

Hi,

I have a problem where, after setting up source tree as a new user, I had issues with cloning internal repositories at my company.

In order to resolve this issue a colleague helped me to delete some windows credentials files that he said may be interfering, however now every time I launch SourceTree, it opens successfully on the clone repo page. but closes after about 5 seconds without giving any error messages. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall and reboot the PC but the issue remains the same.

Best regards,

Jon Alexander

Hi Jonathan,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you say "without giving error messages" does this also refer to log files?
If not could you please check if there are errors logged among it?

Probably an error is logged there pointing to a possible cause?
