Source Tree close immediately after open. sourcetree.log shows "Failed to list projects for user"

Im new to sourcetree. Just installed few weeks back and it was working normally, but now i cannot open it anymore. The sourcetree.log show message below : 

ERROR [2020-07-28 15:19:10,056] [1] [SourceTree.Exceptions.RemoteHostException] [Log] - Failed to list projects for user [chong.chiat.wong@ni.com]

Could it be related to personal access token? The token i created before is expired.

I tried to do a fresh installation follow this post but it is still the same.

0- make sure your atlasian account is working  

1- Uninstall Sourcetree
2- Remove/rename the following folders:
C:\Users\<usename>\AppData\Local\SourceTree
C:\Users\<usename>\AppData\Local\Atlassian
C:\Users\<usename>\AppData\Roaming\Atlassian 
3- Install Sourcetree (skip mercurial, connect to bitbucket)
