Login issues on sourcetree

I'm having login issues on sourcetree. I have latest version installed v2.6.10 and I'm using embedded git and embedded mercurial.

When I attempt to clone a remote repository, I get 2 login prompts. Filling out one with my github login credentials fails and it pops up again. If I close one of the login windows, it still pops up again.

Can't solve it. Any ideas?

Hello! I suspect that this is an issue with the git-credential-manager-for-windows. Could you try the following:

• Install the latest version of the GCM
• Restart Sourcetree
• Go to Options > Git > Select "System Git"
  • Make sure you've installed git-for-windows
• Try and clone again
