Local non-existent branch commit

JerryLetehen April 9, 2018

Hello! I was checkout existing commit and then I was on non-existent branch. I understood that when I made a local commit and tried to push: source tree said me that I am on non-existent branch. So I switched to existent branch and saw that my files aren't in the folder (it was unity project)... I said "What the f..." so loudly... and then when I understood that the I cannot get it back I said "f..k" so-so loudly.
Maybe you know how to get back my project....

My ass is so hot and I think I will fly from Earth to the Mars!!! AAAAA Help me please

Hi

It sounds like you made a commit to a detach HEAD. You will nned to drop down to the git command line but you should be able to go back to your missing commits.

This is a good starting place https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4845505/gitx-how-do-i-get-my-detached-head-commits-back-into-master
