LFS makes SourceTree stutter heavily

Hey everyone, I noticed a weird occurence when pushing LFS files with SourceTree (most recent version) on Windows. Everytime I push, LFS writes loads of lines for the push progress into the console making SourceTree stutter after half a minute or so and eventually become unresponsive (and hog CPU time) until the push is finished. My colleague on a Mac has his LFS progress displayed in one line which is replaced every time the progress updates.

Maybe somebody also had to deal with this and could help me out? I couldn't find any setting in SourceTree and also couldn't think of a config parameter that could prevent this from happening.
