Is there a way to get the live console output in source tree like you do in the console?
I love the UI of Source Tree and the fact that I don't have to memorize console commands.
However Source Tree fails to show good output like git does in the console.
Imagine working with Unreal Engine which is an ungodly absolutely massive git repo. Source Tree has always been horrible with Unreal Engine and would spin for a very long time if you try to pull or clone.
The console output would actually show proper progress and what git is currently doing. I'd expect the output to show what the console would normally print out, but the output just spins for a very long time, seemingly frozen. I learned to just leave things be for hours, or use the console instead to see what is really going on live.
My internet is gigabit fiber and my computer is also very powerful so it's not necessarily an issue with those things. It's just annoying to feel like Source Tree is unresponsive for an hour when git is in fact doing things under the hood which you properly see if you use the command line/console.
