I am brand new to this and I tried to install this on my computer (PC) and get a blank page at this URL that it is stuck on http://localhost:34106/?state=authenticated&code=M6y9qRLZSESdDbbVeX

No idea what to do next or how to resolve. Thank you in advance.

It eventually installed, it was strange how it hung a bit but when I went back in, it was installed. All good now!

Hi Jen, welcome to the Community!

If you're using Windows, please make sure that Internet Explorer is updated to the latest version, as Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication step.

If it's already updated and you're still experiencing this issue, we'll need you to provide some more info so we can troubleshoot your issue:

- Which Sourcetree version are you using?

- Which Windows version are you using?

- Have you already tried Wiping Sourcetree preferences? Is there any difference?

- Can you send us a screenshot when you get stuck?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Ana

Not working. Same problem, that's might causing the "fatal: protocol 'git clone https' is not supported"

I am having trouble with this for weeks!
