Does Sourcetree ask for Github workflow permission during OAuth?

@adarter Could you please elaborate the issue. 

From the issue description, i understand you are trying to OAuth. Could you please confirm the protocol you use HTTP  or, SSH?

Also would want to know the detailed step of the issue.
