Git Flow instant crash

Hello i have the latest version of Sourcetree, i have already one repo and for this repo the git flow work well, but i have some ohter repo open and for all these repo when i try to initialize the git flow SourceTree instant crash and show me the Bug Report windows (i've send the crash report of course) 

There is a way to solve this problem ?

What specific version are you using and on what OS?
