Error shell request failed on channel 0

Question

When I type this command in the  sourcetree coomand line "ssh -T git@innersource.accenture.com"
Enter passphrase for key '/c/Users/s.botero/.ssh/id_rsa':
I have this error "shell request failed on channel 0"

I could not determine the cause of this error

Hi Santiago, we need some more information to help you troubleshoot this issue:

* Which version of SourceTree and OS?
* Where are you trying to connect? Is it Bitbucket Server or any other different service?
* Do you get this error using the regular terminal? Or only in SourceTree?
