Error on cloning in sourcetree

I'm trying to clone my repo from bit bucket but get the below FATAL ERROR message, whats causing this, I have tried multiple times, and after an hour or 2 the clone failes with the below messagea

The first thing we'll need to know is if you're able to clone from the terminal, as that will give us more information as in where is the problem coming from. If you're also getting errors in the terminal, there's something wrong in the connection with Bitbucket. If the terminal works ok, then there must be an issue between Sourcetree and Bitbucket

If it still persists, one of the reasons for it could be a network issue. Is there any chance you could try a different network?
