Changed the git config file from with source tree, and now sourcetree wont open

Please help, I changed the git config file from with source tree, and now sourcetree wont open. I restored my version of windows and that didnt help. I look for versions of gitconfig on my OS and couldnt find one similar to the one I changed. I assume there is a built in version of GIT for source tree. Please help as I depend on sourcetree to work.

Thanks in advance, Gerald

Hello! Could you post a redacted version of your log file? You can find it under:

C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Atlassian\SourceTree\sourcetree.log

If needed, you can always uninstall and reinstall Sourcetree -- all of your code and repositories won't be modified at all.
