Can't re-install SourceTree

Hello all. Problem: I can't re-install source tree.
I had a previous version which stopped working, gave me error messages etc so I figured I would uninstall it and install the newest one.

The install doesn't even start, I launch the installer and get "Installation has failed, there was an error, see the log." immediately.

Anyone know what to make of this?

Never mind, it was Windows fault

I had a .net framework update and it screwed it all up. Removed the update and now everything works fine again

I start to install Sourcetree, one Desktop and two laptop.

The Desktop,  Win 7 Professional, installation is successful and clone repository to my PC.

One Laptop, Win10, installation is successful and clone repository to my PC.

Another Laptop, Win 7 Professional. I try several times, it keeps stopping at "Registration" stage, the "Next" button never active. Is this related low RAM? there is 8 G RAM.
