Auto refresh of remote status in Sourcetree not working.

I have 2 Sourcetree users set up with a remote repo in BitBucket.  One of the users' Sourcetree does not auto fetch changes even though it is selected in the Options section.  It does update when the user click the "Fetch" button.

Auto update is selected in both the repo and general settings.
