I'm having authentication problem with my Bitbucket account when I do pull/push from SourceTree. I get the messages below. If I disconnect from JIRA and then log in again or if I remove the account from SourceTree and put back the same account it's working for a while. But after few hours I have the same problem. Could you please help me with these? I have the last version of SourceTree installed.

Can you please confirm the version and build number? 2.7.2 (167) is the latest and if you aren't on that, I would recommend you to update and try in the latest version. If you still see this issue in the latest version, please revert back with details of account configuration including authentication type and protocol used.

hi, thanks for your reply. My build number is 2.7.1 (159), just downloaded from sourcetree website, can not find the 2.7.2 (167). Is it a beta version?

No, this is not a beta version. We are rolling out this to all users over a period of time. This is the latest version and will be updated on the website when the update is available to 100% of users.
