URL redirect not working

I have set up a redirect on my domain. It points docs.excel4apps.com to https://excel4apps.atlassian.net/. Sometimes it resolves fine. Other times the resolved URL looks something like https://excel4apps.atlassian.net/MXjTL/ and this shows the Atlassian down for maintenance page. Do you have any idea why this happens? It cannot be my domain redirect so I am assuming it is something about how confluence ondemand is resolving the URL. Is my redirect incorrect?

The redirect is set on the domain host records at http://www.enomcentral.com/. I will attach a screenshot.

How are you currently redirecting? On a DNS level? If so, can you provide more information about your redirect record?
