How do I add two versions of the same Gliffy diagram to a Confluence page?

Mark Jones October 15, 2013

My gliffy diagram is at file version 10 and is inserted into one confluence page.

I want to include in the same confluence page an additional instance of the same gliffy diagram but this time I want the version 1 image to be shown. I will then have version 1 and version 10 images of the same diagram on the page.

Basically I want to show how the diagram has changed over time.

How do I do this without making a physical copy of the gliffy file at version 1 and then reimporting?

Thanks

Mark

  1. add a gliffy macro
  2. use "the search for a diagram" and select your diagram
  3. check the 'Link to Original Diagram' checkbox (the button changes from 'Use as a template' to 'Insert Diagram') and click on the 'Insert Diagram' Button
  4. Click on you newly inserted Diagram to display the toolbar
  5. Click on the Version Button in the toolbar to select another version
