How do I download the different reports (as pdf, etc.) that can be used as part of status meetings when reporting back on projects?

As of now, there's no export/download feature in GreenHopper. The workaround would be to do so via your browser, e.g. by selecting Print and then Save as PDF in Chrome.

Hi Rossouw,

Take a look at the Intelligent Reports plugin. It lets you design your reports in Microsoft Word, including tables and charts, and then fill in whatever data you require using simple point and click rules. You might want to check out our included example weekly project progress report template, it sounds similar to what you are looking for.

What type of report are you looking for? If you want a list of completed stories for a sprint, release, date range, issue type, assinee, etc, you can create a filter from the "Issue" tab and then export the results to Word or Excel. Will this meet your need or are you looking for something more advanced?

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I am looking at ways to download Sprint reports while we are still busy with a sprint. For example, downloading the burndown chart or velocity chart at any given time to present in meetings as part of your status feedback. We normally have 3 week sprints, but weekly status meetings.
