AA - Not sure what 'Recent Badges' section is for...

I've been trying to get the point of this section but I'm a little confused... There you can see recent badges won but you can't see who won it, I thought it was from the question is listed there but when I click on the question it only reloads the AA site and definitly the question has nothing to do with the badges because there are like 10 items showed there... Just wondering...

Recent badges question links incorrect

I've added this question into that bug report, but I think it'll make much more sense once that's fixed.
