JQL for Initiatives and child epics in Portfolio

I want to write a filter to pull specific Initiatives tagged with a component, with the child epics in those Initiatives, into Portfolio. 

How do I do that?

Hi! 

 

Time to time I am using jql functions from scriptrunner.

Because before I have set multiple times set issue sources.
