Hi -

I am looking for some examples of:

  • Status page integration with Opsgenie
  • Ease of automation with statupage (APIs, tools, recommended settings etc)

Any support would be helpful.

Thank you

Peter

Hi @Peter Kinsella ,

It's actually pretty straight forward.
Here is an example from Opsgenie perspective:
OPS1.jpg

The API KEY listed below is generated automatically which is the Opsgenie API key which you will need to add on the statuspage side:

OPS2.jpg

OPS3.jpg

And then below you add in the API KEY from Statuspage and the Page ID which you can find in the Statuspage settings:

OPS4.jpg

If you need specific information please elaborate on what your trying to do and I will try to help.

Regards
Howard

Hi Howard - how do we logically group multiple OG Alerts into on Status Page?

Hi @Peter Kinsella ,

Not sure what you mean here as OG alerts (can) create “incidents” on the statuspage depended on the tags that you use in the integration.

What is it exactly that you are trying to group? Can you provide more context?

Regards,

Howard
