Some members of the team in Opsgenie are not able to open the alert link. They all have admin permission in this team. Could you please suggest what can be the root cause?
Here is the error:
I have to assume that alert is not being sent directly to the Team this admin is a member of - but instead sending to one of the team's escalations, schedules, etc.
The easy fix is sending alerts directly to the team vs. another responder. That way - all members will have visibility of the alert in their dash.
Otherwise, they may have trouble viewing the alert (like in your screenshot) since they are not a direct responder on the escalation, schedule, etc.
