What are the available notification methods for Stakeholders on an incident?
Hi @Donald Chan ,
Stakeholders can be notified via email, or mobile app push notification.
Let us know if you have anymore questions!
Thanks,
Samir
There is no SMS notifications for Stakeholders?
Are Stakeholders only available in the Enterprise package? Are they also priced the same as other OpsGenie users?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Correct - Users with the "stakeholder" role can not receive sms notifications. Stakeholder role is only available on Enterprise plan, and they are free. So on Enterprise you can add as many stakeholders as you'd like and they do not consume a paid user license. They can only receive notifications of incidents (can't access or be notified of alerts), via email and mobile app.

@Samir , This only counts for the Standalone Enterprise for Opsgenie, right?
JSM Enterprice version of Opsgenie does not provide you any stakeholders, correct?
Cheers,
Howard

Hi Samir, I have a follow up question - There's a field on the Stakeholder Notification Contact Methods called "Phone number." What is this used for (if not for phone/SMS notification)?
