We have 2 Service desk setup in Jira Service Management. Is it possible to have 2 different Ops Genie Team each responsible for their own service Desk? Right now when an Incident is raised in one Service Desk all the teams are notified of an Incident. We'd like for one Team to be responsible for one service desk and another team responsible for the other. Is this possible?

Yes this is possible. In Opsgenie you can set separate teams and you can have the integrations to separate Jira Service Desks.
