Opsgenie-EventBridge integration: weird "time" values

Edited

Hi there,

I have an Opsgenie-Eventbridge integration running and am successfully getting alert data flowing through to AWS. The issue I'm having is for some types of alerts (e.g. Close and Acknowledge), the value of the "time" field isn't in the expected format, so instead of "2022-11-15T20:48:34Z" I'm getting "+52876356-09-26T19:13:19Z".

This is the raw value I'm getting from Opsgenie by the way, and there's no transformation happening. Because of that, I'm inclined to believe it's a bug in the integration, but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

Has anyone seen this before?

Hey @Safwan Kamarrudin

This is Arumugam from Atlassian Support and I'm here to help!

Understand that the value for the time you are receiving from Opsgenie is not in the format that you would expect.

Could you please submit a ticket to our Opsgenie support team by going to the link below and they will investigate this further:

https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/

We appreciate your understanding.

Thanks,

Arumugam
