Right now we have Icinga 2 monitoring and Opsgenie Cloud integration.
Have problems to solve:

If you set your escalation policy to repeat, there is an option to clear Acknowledge and seen states with each repeat

1) You should be able to add a note to the alert when it's ack'd. You'd just need to edit what parses in the Ack action's Note field:
If you are trying to update the alert's Message, that's not possible through the integration. You can only do this through the web/mobile app manually, or though the alert API.

2) "In Icinga it is possible to acknowledge alert till the end of chosen day, it s it possible to make so in OpsGenie" - I'm not sure I understand what the ask is here.

In Icinga it is possible to set temporal acnoldge which removes aftr set perid of time
